- 1 carrot
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 cup cheese

PUT TO BOIL THE TOMATOES, THE CARROT AND THE APIO BRANCH
