Pasta with poblano cream
Pasta al Poblano, creamy and spicy. Wow! What surely comes to mind is wondering how can it be light and healthy? Normally, pasta is considered a “fat food”, especially if you are on a diet or looking to control your weight. But who does not like pasta? Here is the dilemma: wanting the delicious flavor, and not to get fat.
Here is the answer. In this recipe I will show you the pleasure of a delicious pasta without feeling that you are sabotaging the effort to achieve control of your weight.
The trick is simple. It consists of preparing a poblano chile sauce in the light version: replacing the cream with natural yogurt!
Yes, that simple is achieved the same consistency and a delicious taste but without so much fat that it translates into calories. With this change you get a healthy and nutritious dish.
This is because yogurt has properties:
🌶 High vitamin B content, an advantage for women especially to help metabolism
🍝 Calcium, magnesium and phosphorus that prevent decalcification in mature and advanced ages, among other benefits
🌶 Improves digestion, helping the intestinal flora
🍝 Can be consumed by those who do not tolerate lactose.
The only thing I recommend: be careful with the amounts of pasta 😉
