RECIPE OF PANCAKES OR HOT HOT CAKES SUPER EASY AND HEALTHY TO PREPARE HOT CAKES LIGHT! YOU DON'T NEED TO BUY WHEAT FLOUR, THE ONLY ONE YOU NEED FOR THE BASE WILL BE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, YES! INTEGRAL BREAD AND CARROT ARE SUPER LIGHT. ARE IDEAL FOR THE CHILDREN AND YOU CAN ACCOMPANY WITH FRUIT AT THE BREAKFAST.
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of vanilla extract
- 1 spoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 spoons of milk
- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
- 1 cup of grated carrot
- 1 spoon cranberries
- 1 envelope of substitute sugar
- 1/2 spoon baking powder
Blend the egg, vainilla, cinnamon, milk, bread, sugar and baking powder
Add the carrot and the cranberries and mix
Put the mixture in the pan (without butter or oil)
